I haven't been keeping to my diet, which is eating nothing but one apple (for health) and than grilling up a
big ol' chicken sandwich for dinner, I have lost 40 pounds in 2 months this way, but recently I've been snaking.
I've been eating a second apple, and I'm almost through that tin of crackers I bought yesterday, I think I'll
cut out the second apple (for health).
And coffee of course, there's always room for coffee. I heared that used grounds scare away bugs, so I'll try laying
some of that around.
Also my doG keeps barking out the window whenever hE sees someone, I think I might paper it up for hiM so
hE can't see out. I've been begging mom to let me paper the living room windows for a while, maybe this will
convince her.
