I found an old 4:3 monitor on the curb while I was on my walk today, it has a little bird emblem :)
I have been looking for a new monitor for a while, I used to have a Dell 4:3 but I stopped working, and had to
replace it with my old main monitor, a cheap 1080p ONN, its barrel power jack was soldered on by pushing the shiny
half of a gum wrapper really hard into the PCB, so it has completely broken off and no longer works. I mounted it
in portrait, and its the perfect shape for reading a document.
I tore my room apart looking for my HDMI-to-VGA adaptor, I looked through our shed, and eventualy had to take
a shower because I got too sweaty and can't think that way. After a break I started looking again and found it, it
was in my hand the whole time.
I saw the spiders I talked about the other day and there is a bunch of crane flies around too, so now I'm certain
theres going to be roaches soon. Back when my chair still had a back and arms I kept accidently hiting the wall,
and theres a patch with the plaster is torn off and the drywall worn thin, with a tear in it like it was paper.
it is right next to my head when I sleep (I have a murphy bed) and I'm scared they'll come out and crawl on me.
I have been concidering taping it shut for a while but now I was sufficiently motivated. So now theres a glossy
patch on the wall where the packing tape seals away the evil.
I have been very tired because of the new schedual I'm walking my doG on, and today I fell back asleep this morning,
and woke up at 9:30. by the time I was propery awake it was alrady 11 and I felt the day was already wasted, so I
will use this as an opportunity to catch up on my day drinking.
