I finished The Sea Wolf today. I read 50 pages yesterday and I about 80 today, after a week or so of nothing.

I bought some forks at the thrift store, $2 for 4, I found a matching set, 2 small to big. They feel like they where
stamped from sheet metal. I tried making some egg salad but the fork was so thin the egg bent it.

My stool has been tan the past few days. I do not know much of biology, or of the fashion in which fat reserves are
spent, but I suspect that the fat I burn in the place of calories I'm not eating, is a conciderable portion of whats
going through my guts. I have lost 30 pounds since the start of the year, but have only noticed this yesterday. If
this keeps going I will try eating more and see if that changes anything. I have started logging the color, as well
as what I had to eat.
